What should I do if my in-app purchase didn’t complete successfully?
If you’re using an iOS device, please try tapping the “Restore Button” on the item purchase page to see if your items can be restored. If the items still don’t appear, or if you’re using an Android device, please contact us at idle.system.company@gmail.com with your purchase receipt attached. For Steam purchases that failed, please include your 17-digit Steam ID when contacting us at the same email address.
